1. The short version

Hotel Lobby AI ("we", "us") turns two photos into a short video. We use your photos only to make your video, we delete them once it's made, and we never show your photos or videos to other users. We don't sell personal data and we don't use it for advertising.

This policy covers the website hotellobbyai.ai and the Hotel Lobby AI Chrome extension.

2. What we collect

Your photos. The two photos you upload, or the image you pick with the extension.
Your theme. The optional text you type for the lyrics.
Your videos. The videos we make for you, and when they were made.
An account identifier. A random ID that lets us recognise you without a password.
Your Google account, if you sign in. Your name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to identify your account.
Basic usage information. For example, that a video was started or finished, or that you opened the pricing page. It never includes your photos, your videos or what you typed.

Feedback you send us. When you use the feedback form on our website (for example after uninstalling), we receive your message, your email address if you give one, any screenshots or videos you attach, and technical details: the extension version, your browser and browser language. We use them to reply to you and to fix problems.

We don't collect payment card details, contacts or browsing history.

3. The Chrome extension

The extension does two things: it lets you pick an image by right-clicking it, and it tells you when your video is ready. When you right-click an image and choose a Hotel Lobby AI option, the extension passes that image's address to our website. It doesn't read anything else on the pages you visit, and it doesn't collect your browsing history.

4. How we use it

To make and deliver your videos, to keep track of how many videos you have left, to recognise your account and your plan, and to improve the product. We don't use your photos or videos to train AI models or in our marketing.

5. Who helps us provide the service

We work with a small number of service providers: a video generation service that renders your video from your photos, hosting and storage providers, Google for sign-in, and a payment provider for subscriptions. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job. The video generation service clears its temporary copies of your photos within 14 days.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see your card details.

We don't sell personal data, and we don't share it with advertisers.

6. Cookies

Account cookie. When you use our website or extension, we set one first-party cookie (named cs_ followed by the product ID) that stores a random identifier for your account. It lets our website recognize you and your plan without asking you to sign in. It is strictly necessary for making videos and for the pricing and account pages, is never shared with third parties, and expires after 400 days. You can delete it in your browser settings at any time.

We also remember how you first found us, for example the site that linked to us, in a cookie named cs_ft that expires after 400 days.

We don't use advertising cookies.

7. How long we keep it

Photos: deleted as soon as your video is made. If a video fails, we keep them for 24 hours so you can retry.
Videos: 90 days.
Account details: until you ask us to delete them.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to delete your videos or your account data, or to send you a copy, by emailing support@hotellobbyai.ai. If your photo was used without your permission, email us and we will remove the video.

9. Children

Hotel Lobby AI is not for children under 13. Don't upload photos of children unless you are their parent or guardian.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Questions about privacy: support@hotellobbyai.ai.
